You choose your pick-up and return dates when you book — most hires run 3 to 4 days around an event. We automatically hold a buffer day either side of every hire for cleaning, so you never receive a dress straight off someone else's dance floor.

Each dress shows its hire fee and a refundable bond. You pay both upfront; the bond is returned in full once the dress is back in good condition.

Book a studio try-on before hiring ($15, payable at the studio) — it's the best way to be sure. If a booked dress genuinely doesn't fit and is returned unworn within 24 hours of pick-up, we'll swap it or credit your hire fee.

Always. Every dress is professionally dry-cleaned, inspected and steamed between hires. Please don't wash or iron it yourself — cleaning is included in the hire.

Minor wear (a loose thread, a faint mark that cleaning removes) is covered — that's life, and it's why the bond exists. Significant damage or loss is charged against the bond and, in serious cases, up to the dress's RRP shown on its listing. Full details in our damage policy.

Yes — cancel 7 or more days before your hire starts for a full refund, or 3–6 days before for a credit. Inside 72 hours the hire fee is non-refundable, but the bond is always returned. See the cancellation policy for the fine print.

Late returns block the next person's event, so a late fee of 20% of the hire price applies per day. If you're running late, tell us early — we're much nicer when we can re-plan.

Yes — we ship Australia-wide by express post, with a prepaid return satchel included so sending it back is as easy as dropping it in a post box. Studio pick-up in Adelaide is free. While we finish building shipping into the checkout, message us after booking and we'll arrange the post for you.
